Taylor’s Grand Bend Cottage is a great place to Relax and Rejuvenate. A peaceful Year Round Cottage(House) nestled amongst the tall oaks and pines in Grand Bend Ontario renowned Southcott Pines. In the summer you will love the private sandy beach, Sun Beach, of Southcott Pines. You can enjoy a long walk among the winding roads and trails or spend a day at one of the local area attractions. At the end of your day enjoy a crackling fire in the fire pit, 2 sided wood burning fireplace or simply flip the switch for the gas fireplace.
Our air conditioned cottage offers approximately 2800’sq of finished living space. The Upper level has 3 spacious bedrooms with double closets – 1 king, 1 queen and 3 singles. From the eat in kitchen, on the adjoining 10 x 20 deck, you can grill those juicy steaks to perfection on the propane bbq (provided) . Gorgeous hardwood floors grace most of the main living and bedroom areas.
There is a full walk out in the lower area with large picture windows. The family room has a 55″ Smart TV with Netflix, cable, USB and HDMI cables for remote connections and VCR/DVD. There is also a games room with games, puzzles, foosball and a 4th bedroom with a queen on this level. Fabulous views of the mature trees from all rooms in the house. Enjoy the peace and tranquility offered in this private setting.
In the summer you will love the private sandy beach of Southcott Pines only a few minutes stroll. Private yard with fire pit and shelter from the hot sun.
This cottage makes a great WORK RETREAT, ROMANTIC GET-A-WAY, FAMILY VACATION or just a simple WEEKEND GET-A-WAY in the off season.

-3 Hour Ultraflame logs (1 per night’s stay) for wood burning fireplace. (October to May only) Please note: only Ultraflame logs are to be used for the fireplace, no wood please.
-We provide one large recycling bin and 1 garbage bin. Any garbage that does not fit with the lid completely down must be taken home. A minimum $75 will be charged for extra garbage.
-Parking for 4 cars. No parking or driving on grass (septic system).
-Central Air in summer and gas heat in winter
-Wash/Dryer/Clothesline, microwave, toaster, tassimo coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, pots and pans, cutlery and dishes.
-14 deck chairs and 5 loungers
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1.5 baths, laundry and parking for 3 vehicles.
Pillows and blankets for the beds. If you would like linens (bedding, bath, tea and hand towels) they can be provided at a small additional cost.

Cleaning
A cleaner is provided at the end of your stay for $150 to make your life less hectic as you prepare for home. You must still wash dishes and put in their original place. Leave the cottage the way you found it. The cleaner dusts, vacuums and mops floors, cleans bathrooms and yard.
Linens, tea, hand and bath towels $10 per person for total guests booked (optional).
A Refundable Damage Security Deposit of $500 is mandatory for all bookings.
We rent to adults over 25. Children welcome.
No smoking and no pets at Taylor’ Grand Bend Cottage.
